Introduction

Responsibilities
- Assist senior chefs in the preparation, cooking, and plating of menu items across breakfast, lunch, and dinner service.
- Execute basic kitchen tasks such as washing, peeling, chopping, and measuring ingredients with precision and consistency.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
- Support the production of baked goods and specialty breads, leveraging the “Pembuat Roti” skill set to deliver fresh, high‑quality products.
- Monitor inventory levels, report shortages, and assist in the receiving and storage of deliveries.
- Collaborate closely with the kitchen brigade to ensure timely service, effective communication, and smooth workflow during peak periods.
- Participate in daily briefings, receive constructive feedback, and implement continuous improvement suggestions.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations, including proper handling of allergens and hazardous materials.
- Contribute creative ideas for menu development, plating presentation, and seasonal specials under the guidance of senior chefs.
- Demonstrate a strong guest‑oriented mindset by responding promptly to special dietary requests and ensuring guest satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or a related discipline.
- Age: Up to 30 years old (maximum 0 years of experience required).
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Prior experience in a hotel or resort kitchen is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with teammates and guests.
- Highly motivated, creative, and innovative with a strong desire to achieve results.
- Positive personality, professional attitude, and proven ability to work as a team player.
- Basic knowledge of bread making (Pembuat Roti) and an eagerness to refine this skill.
- Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
