Introduction
Adira Finance, a leading multifinance institution in Indonesia, is seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Officer Remedial (Collection) to join our dynamic team in Kota Binjai. This role is pivotal in ensuring the timely recovery of overdue receivables, supporting the company’s cash flow stability, and upholding our reputation for excellent customer service. The successful candidate will work closely with the credit, legal, and sales departments to drive collection performance while maintaining professional relationships with borrowers.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end‑to‑end collection process for all A/R overdue accounts, ensuring deadlines are met and recovery targets are achieved.
- Monitor daily aging reports, identify high‑risk accounts, and prioritize collection actions accordingly.
- Conduct outbound calls, send reminder letters, and arrange face‑to‑face meetings with delinquent borrowers to negotiate repayment plans.
- Collaborate with the credit underwriting team to verify borrower information and assess repayment capacity.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records of all collection activities in the company’s CRM system.
- Prepare regular performance reports for senior management, highlighting collection trends, success rates, and any escalations needed.
- Coordinate with the legal department on cases that require formal legal action, including preparation of documentation and court filings.
- Educate customers on the benefits of timely repayment and provide guidance on financial management where appropriate.
- Participate in weekly strategy meetings to refine collection tactics and share best practices with peers.
- Adhere to all internal compliance policies and external regulatory requirements related to debt collection.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (associate degree) or S1 (bachelor’s degree) in any discipline.
- Open to fresh graduates, though at least 1 year of experience in a similar collection or credit monitoring role is a strong advantage.
- Maximum age: 30 years.
- Male candidates (as per the original specification).
- Solid understanding of multifinance business processes and a results‑driven mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven negotiation abilities.
- High level of integrity, perseverance, attention to detail, and honesty.
- Proficiency in credit monitoring, debt collection procedures, and effective use of CRM/ERP tools.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross‑functional teams.
- Willingness to be placed at the Adira Finance office that matches the candidate’s domicile.
