Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Sales Officer – Survey Penjualan to join our growing team in Yogyakarta. This role is pivotal in driving the company’s market penetration by cultivating relationships with both existing and new customers, managing the end‑to‑end sales cycle, and ensuring seamless credit application processing. The successful candidate will combine strong interpersonal skills with a keen eye for detail, helping us achieve our ambitious sales targets while upholding the highest standards of integrity and customer service.
Responsibilities
- Proactively present and promote the company’s product portfolio to existing clients and prospective customers across the Yogyakarta region.
- Identify, qualify, and secure orders from channel distribution partners, ensuring all initial data is accurately captured.
- Conduct thorough verification of customer information and compile complete documentation for credit applications, adhering to internal compliance guidelines.
- Monitor the progress of each credit application, providing timely updates and clear communication of approval or rejection decisions to dealers and end‑customers.
- Inform customers of payment due dates, designated payment locations, and any additional information necessary for a smooth transaction.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and credit status in the CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing, finance, and logistics teams to resolve any issues that may affect order fulfillment.
- Continuously analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to suggest improvements to product positioning and sales strategies.
- Participate in weekly sales meetings, presenting pipeline status, challenges faced, and proposed solutions.
- Uphold the company’s brand reputation by delivering professional, courteous, and ethical service at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (all majors accepted); fresh graduates are welcome.
- Maximum age: 30 years.
- At least 1 year of experience in B2C sales or a related field; experience in credit‑related sales is a strong advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven negotiation ability.
- High level of integrity, diligence, attention to detail, and honesty.
- Self‑motivated, resilient, and able to work independently while meeting strict deadlines.
- Own a valid driver’s license (SIM A/C) and personal vehicle for field visits.
- Willingness to be placed within the candidate’s domicile area.
- Strong knowledge of sales management, customer‑oriented selling techniques, and target‑driven performance metrics.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00–16:00.
