Responsibilities
- Host daily or weekly live‑stream sessions, presenting product demonstrations, tutorials, and promotional offers.
- Engage viewers through real‑time interaction, answering questions, and encouraging participation to maintain high viewer retention.
- Guide the audience toward purchasing decisions by highlighting product benefits, limited‑time deals, and exclusive bundles.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to plan content calendars, ensure accurate product information, and align with campaign themes.
- Set up and test streaming equipment (camera, lighting, microphone, internet connection) before each broadcast to guarantee professional quality.
- Track key performance metrics such as viewer count, engagement rate, conversion rate, and average order value, then report daily results to management.
- Provide feedback on audience preferences and market trends to help refine future product selections and promotional strategies.

Requirements
- Female candidates aged 20 – 35 years, residing preferably in Banda Aceh or Aceh Besar.
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Confident, clear, and engaging communication skills; comfortable speaking directly to a camera.
- Prior experience with live streaming on Shopee, TikTok, Instagram, or similar platforms is highly desirable.
- Strong interest in beauty, skincare, and lifestyle products with the ability to convey product knowledge authentically.
- Attractive, friendly appearance with a professional demeanor that resonates with target audiences.
- Basic technical proficiency to operate streaming software, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and adjust lighting.
- Excellent time‑management and self‑discipline to adhere to a schedule of 08:30 – 17:00, with flexibility for occasional evening or weekend streams.
