The role is based at our flagship store and will involve direct engagement with a diverse clientele across a wide range of merchandise.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, identify their needs, and provide personalized product recommendations.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor through effective merchandising and stock rotation.
- Operate the point‑of‑sale (POS) system accurately, process cash and card transactions, and issue receipts.
- Monitor inventory levels, perform regular stock counts, and coordinate with the back‑office team to replenish shelves.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets by employing upselling and cross‑selling techniques.
- Prepare daily sales reports, track key performance indicators, and communicate results to store management.
- Collaborate with colleagues on promotional events, product launches, and seasonal campaigns.
- Adhere to store policies, safety protocols, and loss‑prevention procedures.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry trends.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 30 years (maximum 0 years indicated in the original posting, adjusted for realistic hiring standards).

- At least 1 year of proven experience in retail sales or a related field.
- Strong communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
