To support our fast‑growing operations, we are seeking motivated individuals for the position of Stoker (Stocker) – Barang Penataan dan Pengelolaan. This role is essential for maintaining an organized warehouse, ensuring accurate inventory levels, and supporting seamless distribution to retail partners.

Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming food & beverage shipments against purchase orders and quality standards.
- Store products in designated locations, ensuring proper rotation (FIFO) and compliance with temperature and hygiene requirements.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using Microsoft Office tools and warehouse management systems.
- Conduct regular stock counts, reconcile discrepancies, and generate reports for management.
- Prepare and package orders for outbound delivery, coordinating with logistics to meet delivery schedules.
- Monitor shelf life and expiration dates, removing any expired or damaged items promptly.
- Assist in implementing safety protocols, including proper handling of hazardous materials and maintaining a clean work environment.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting layout changes or process enhancements to increase efficiency.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff, fostering a collaborative and high‑performance team culture.
- Attend mandatory training sessions and stay updated on company policies, product knowledge, and industry regulations.
Requirements
- Maximum age: 25 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent (SLTA); fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- At least 1 year of experience in the food & beverage sector (preferred but not mandatory).
- Minimum height: 160 cm for males, 155 cm for females.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong leadership and communication skills with a professional, approachable appearance.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Ability to undergo company‑provided training programs.
- Completed COVID‑19 vaccination (minimum two doses).
