Responsibilities
- Conduct daily inspections of office premises, ensuring all areas are clean, orderly, and free from safety hazards.
- Monitor and enforce security protocols, including access control, visitor registration, and emergency evacuation procedures.
- Perform routine checks of fire safety equipment, first‑aid kits, and security systems, reporting any deficiencies to management immediately.
- Coordinate with external security agencies and maintenance contractors to schedule and oversee specialized services.
- Maintain accurate logs of incidents, security breaches, and maintenance activities, providing timely reports to senior management.
- Assist in the development and implementation of risk‑assessment plans, identifying potential threats and recommending mitigation strategies.
- Provide support during audits and compliance reviews, ensuring all regulatory standards are met.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding security concerns, offering guidance and swift resolution.
- Manage the inventory of cleaning and security supplies, placing orders and ensuring optimal stock levels.
- Participate in regular training sessions on health, safety, and security best practices to stay current with industry standards.
Requirements
- Male candidates aged between 23 and 40 years.
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA) or equivalent (SMK/Sederajat).
- At least 1 year of proven experience as an Office Boy, Cleaning Service, or in a related facilities role.
- Demonstrated ability to work diligently and efficiently under minimal supervision.
- Strong discipline, reliability, and a proactive attitude toward task completion.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact courteously with staff and visitors.
- Honesty, integrity, and a high sense of responsibility for safeguarding company assets.
- Basic understanding of security monitoring tools and risk‑management concepts is an advantage.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning, inspection, and occasional manual tasks throughout the workday.
- Willingness to work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00.
