Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough financial needs assessments for individual and corporate clients, identifying gaps and opportunities.
- Develop tailored insurance and wealth‑management proposals that align with each client’s short‑term and long‑term objectives.
- Market and cross‑sell a portfolio of AXA Mandiri insurance products, including life, health, and property coverage.
- Guide clients through the entire policy lifecycle, from application and underwriting to claim filing and resolution.
- Handle client inquiries, complaints, and claim disputes with professionalism, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, documenting interactions, proposals, and follow‑up actions.
- Stay current on industry trends, regulatory changes, and new product launches to provide up‑to‑date advice.
- Collaborate with branch staff, underwriting teams, and external partners to streamline processes and enhance service delivery.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to the overall growth of the branch’s financial advisory business.
- Participate in regular training sessions, workshops, and performance reviews to continuously improve skill sets.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (associate degree) or a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- At least 1–2 years of proven experience in the financial services or insurance industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build trust and rapport with diverse clients.
- Demonstrated sales acumen with a record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Professional appearance and polished demeanor suitable for client‑facing roles.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools; familiarity with digital banking platforms is a plus.
- Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively to a team environment.
- Fluency in Indonesian; English proficiency is advantageous for handling international clients.
- Flexibility to adhere to the standard work schedule: Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 17:00.
