- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor, including regular tidying of aisles, mirrors, and fitting rooms.
- Re‑stock shelves and display units throughout the shift, rotating merchandise to keep inventory fresh and accessible.
- Monitor inventory levels, report low stock, and assist with receiving deliveries to guarantee product availability.
- Collaborate with fellow team members to achieve daily and weekly sales targets, sharing best practices and supporting each other during peak hours.
- Handle customer inquiries, returns, and complaints with professionalism, aiming for swift resolution and maximum satisfaction.
- Operate point‑of‑sale (POS) systems accurately, process transactions, and ensure cash handling procedures are followed.

Requirements
