The role is based in Subang City, with a focus on serving the local community through high‑quality service and product knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, assess their needs, and provide knowledgeable product recommendations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor, including restocking shelves and arranging displays.
- Operate the point‑of‑sale (POS) system, accurately process cash, credit, and digital transactions, and issue receipts.
- Perform routine inventory checks, receive shipments, verify stock counts, and update the store management system.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and participate in promotional events.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints courteously, and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
- Adhere to health, safety, and security protocols, ensuring a safe environment for both staff and shoppers.
- Assist in opening and closing procedures, including cash reconciliation and securing the premises.
- Continuously update product knowledge through training sessions and stay informed about market trends.
- Provide feedback to management on customer preferences, stock issues, and opportunities for store improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Gender: Open to all genders; however, the current opening emphasizes female candidates aged 18‑29.
- Age: 18‑29 years old.
- Height: At least 155 cm.
- Physical and mental health: No chronic illnesses; capable of standing for long periods and lifting moderate weights.
- Personal attributes: Honest, diligent, punctual, and detail‑oriented.
- Professional appearance: Well‑groomed, tidy, and presentable at all times.
- Key skills: Strong teamwork, good stamina, ability to follow instructions precisely, and basic proficiency with store management systems.
- Preferred residence: Candidates residing in Subang City or its immediate surroundings.
- Work schedule: Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
