Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential borrowers or partners (Calon Nasabah/Mitra) through door‑to‑door visits, community events, and referrals.
- Form and lead borrower groups (AO) to facilitate collective savings and loan cycles, ensuring group cohesion and mutual support.
- Conduct loan application interviews, evaluate creditworthiness, and coordinate the disbursement of business capital.
- Maintain strong, trust‑based relationships with borrowers, providing guidance on loan usage, repayment schedules, and financial literacy.
- Collect regular installments, verify payment amounts, and update the central system in real time.
- Secure appropriate collateral (Agunan/BO) and perform on‑site verification to protect the institution’s assets.
- Prepare daily and weekly activity reports, including prospecting results, loan performance, and any challenges encountered in the field.
- Collaborate with the back‑office team to resolve borrower issues, process documentation, and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product offerings, market trends, and best practices in micro‑finance.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; D1/D3/S1 candidates are highly valued.
- Age between 18 and 33 years (maximum 32 years for fresh graduates).
- Open to all genders; strong interpersonal skills are essential.
- Passion for field work and a genuine interest in helping small‑scale entrepreneurs grow.
- Own a reliable motorcycle, as daily travel across assigned districts is required.
- Active communication skills, ability to work in a team, and a results‑oriented mindset.
- Basic proficiency with mobile applications for data entry and reporting.
- Demonstrated integrity, punctuality, and a customer‑first attitude.
