Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Operator/Helper Gudang to join our dynamic logistics team in Tasikmalaya. Responsibilities
- Perform thorough checking, loading, and unloading of inbound and outbound products using hand‑pallet trucks, forklifts (under supervision), or manual methods.
- Organize and arrange items in the warehouse according to SKU, batch number, and storage guidelines to maximize space utilization and facilitate quick retrieval.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by updating the warehouse management system (WMS) after each receipt or dispatch.
- Assist in conducting regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits, reporting any discrepancies to the Warehouse Supervisor.
- Ensure that all safety protocols are followed, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to fire‑safety and emergency‑exit procedures.
- Coordinate with the logistics, procurement, and sales teams to prioritize shipments, resolve bottlenecks, and meet delivery deadlines.
- Participate in daily housekeeping activities such as cleaning aisles, disposing of waste, and keeping the work environment orderly.
- Report equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs promptly to avoid operational downtime.
- Provide support for special projects, such as inventory relocation, seasonal stock adjustments, or new product roll‑outs.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 30 years old.
- Gender: Male (as per operational requirements).
- No prior experience required; on‑the‑job training will be provided.
- Demonstrated honesty, high motivation, and a proactive, initiative‑driven attitude.
- Basic understanding of warehouse fundamentals, including stacking, labeling, and inventory control.
- Physical ability to lift and move items weighing up to 25 kg repeatedly.
- Strong communication skills for effective coordination with team members and other departments.
- Reside in or be willing to relocate to Tasikmalaya.
- Availability to work Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
