As a Barista sekaligus Game Master, you will be the front‑line ambassador who crafts high‑quality beverages, serves delicious food, and guides our guests through an unforgettable board‑gaming experience. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty drinks in accordance with the café’s standard operating procedures (SOP).
- Craft light meals, pastries, and snack items, ensuring consistency, taste, and presentation meet brand standards.
- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and deliver food and beverages promptly.
- Explain the rules and mechanics of a rotating selection of board games, assisting both beginners and seasoned players.
- Facilitate game sessions, manage game inventory, and maintain a tidy, inviting gaming area.
- Handle cash transactions, operate the point‑of‑sale (POS) system, and maintain accurate sales records.
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar, kitchen, and gaming spaces, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to create special promotions, game nights, and community events.
- Gather guest feedback and suggest improvements to enhance both the coffee and gaming experiences.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Male candidates, aged 21 – 30 years.
- Strong customer‑service orientation with a genuine “service‑first” mindset.
- Creative problem‑solver who can think on their feet during busy periods.
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and willingness to learn advanced barista skills.
- Familiarity with popular board games and the ability to teach rules clearly.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to engage with diverse clientele.
- Team player with reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude.
- Flexibility to work seven days a week, from 11:00 am to 9:00 pm.
