Responsibilities
- Conduct on‑site visits to borrowers to negotiate the settlement of past‑due contracts for both car and motorcycle financing products.
- Develop and implement personalized repayment plans that balance customer affordability with company risk mitigation.
- Maximize success rates by applying advanced communication and persuasion techniques while minimizing roll‑over rates.
- Accurately record all collection activities, negotiations, and agreements into the company’s CRM system in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the regional credit and legal teams to identify high‑risk accounts and propose proactive collection strategies.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of relevant banking regulations, consumer protection laws, and industry best practices.
- Provide regular performance reports to branch management, highlighting key metrics such as recovery percentages, contact attempts, and customer feedback.
- Participate in weekly training sessions and team meetings to continuously improve negotiation skills and product knowledge.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or higher (D4) in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong verbal communication and persuasive negotiation abilities.
- Valid driver’s license (SIM) and personal vehicle for field assignments.
- Comfortable with frequent travel and fieldwork; ability to adapt to varying schedules.
- Basic proficiency in computer applications, especially Microsoft Office and data entry systems.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism when handling sensitive financial information.
