As a member of our outlet crew, you will be the face of the brand, ensuring that every customer enjoys a welcoming and efficient shopping experience while maintaining the highest standards of store presentation and safety.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, assist them in locating products, and provide detailed information on product features and promotions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked sales floor by performing regular inventory checks and restocking shelves.
- Operate the point‑of‑sale (POS) system accurately, process cash and card transactions, and handle returns or exchanges following company policy.
- Collaborate with teammates to achieve daily sales targets, upsell complementary items, and participate in promotional events.
- Monitor store security, report any suspicious activity, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Assist in opening and closing procedures, including cash reconciliation, preparing deposit bags, and securing the premises.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on new product lines, merchandising techniques, and customer‑service best practices.
- Provide feedback to management regarding stock levels, customer preferences, and potential improvements to store operations.
- Work effectively under pressure during peak hours and seasonal sales periods while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Support special projects such as store layout redesigns, visual merchandising displays, and community outreach initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: Open to candidates of any legal working age; no maximum age limit.
- Gender: All genders are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience in retail, hospitality, or a customer‑facing role is preferred, but fresh graduates with a strong willingness to learn are also encouraged.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in Bahasa Indonesia (additional language proficiency is a plus).
- Demonstrated honesty, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Proven capability to perform effectively under pressure, especially during busy periods.
- Familiarity with basic store management systems or a willingness to quickly master them.
- Flexible availability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with occasional overtime during promotional events.
